Adding or replacing a card
Self-serve card management is the next thing on our list and is not here yet. For now, email help@naturedonate.org and we will send you a one-time link to enter the new card directly with our processor.
Removing your only card leaves anything queued for the next grant batch with nothing to charge, so we will ask you to add the new one first.
Card numbers are held by our processor, not by NatureDonate. We see the brand, the last four digits and the expiry.
