What the receipt says
The gift amount, the organization, its EIN, and the line the IRS wants about goods and services (there are none). NatureDonate Giving Fund is the 501(c)(3) of record, EIN 83-1207744, and it is the entity named on the receipt — the grant to the organization you chose is made out of it.
